Emily H. Wein is of counsel and a health care lawyer with Foley & Lardner LLP. Emily focuses her practice on telehealth matters and advises clients on regulatory compliance, reimbursement policies, remote prescribing, and other operational considerations in this space. She also counsels clients on Medicare and Medicaid enrollment, Stark and Anti-Kickback Law compliance, and HIPAA privacy issues in both telehealth and other areas of health care regulatory law.
